As you might imagine, it has been a challenge determining the number of people from around the world who actually will attend the 3 day reunion celebrations in Wiltshire this summer. I have made as good an estimate as I can to cover the costs of the 2 meals per day, the hall in Pewsey and school in All Cannings, shuttle buses, speakers, and ceremony costs over the 3 days of the reunion celebrations. I now need you folks to make a firm commitment on your attendance.

The weekend is planned as a 3 day package, but I have provided pricing as well for one or two days since people have mentioned that they have heard some folks are only coming for segments of the weekend. I have also made children under 11 free and their meals will be a different menu. Children 11-17 will pay half.

Please let me know if the registration will create a hardship for you as we want as many family to attend as we can reach in time.

Please note the following:

l/2 registration fee for your family is due March 1, 2000.

Final l/2 is due June 1, 2000.

$25 will be withheld if reservation for your group is cancelled.

The fee covers the following expenses:

Catered Lunch and Dinner each day

Snacks and coffee/tea refreshers

Hall in Pewsey

School in All Cannings (computer connections; display of local information and *toilets*)

Bus transport between Devizes, Pewsey, All Cannings and Tump each day with parking at Pewsey for those with cars.
